SSGC is looking for a seasoned Legal Advisor to handle legal matters, contract reviews, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• ✓LLB/LLM from a recognized university
• ✓5+ years of legal practice experience
• ✓Experience in corporate and contract law
• ✓Familiarity with OGRA regulations preferred
• ✓Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

• 1Provide legal advice on corporate matters
• 2Review and draft contracts and agreements
• 3Handle litigation and regulatory matters
• 4Ensure compliance with applicable laws
• 5Represent the company in legal proceedings
